Midwest Student Exchange Program
The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) offers significant tuition reductions for students who choose to attend participating out-of-state colleges and universities across the Midwest. More than 35 public and private institutions in Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin participate in this program, providing reduced tuition rates for eligible non-resident students. For many families, MSEP opens the door to academic programs or institutions that may not be available in their home state—while keeping college more affordable. If students have questions, please feel free to contact us at 612-677-2777 or MSEP@MHEC.org.
