Kingston is a senior at South High School. At school, he is involved in BSU, Student Council, Belonging Committee and Cougar Connect. His favorite part of school is being able to create change and achieve his dreams with encouragement and support from classmates and teachers. Outside of school, he is an active member of his church and runs a detail and clothing business. After graduation, he plans to attend Hutchinson Community College and major in mass communications in hopes of being on TV in the future. Lauren is a senior at South High School. At school, she is involved in basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming and diving, student council, the writing center and NHS. Her favorite part of school is being able to play sports with all of her friends. Outside of school, she plays club soccer, is a lifeguard and referees soccer matches. After graduation, she plans to attend Kansas State University to major in elementary education. Some fun facts about Lauren are that out of all the sports she plays, soccer is her favorite, and she has two brothers and one sister.
Jaelyn is a senior at South High School. At school, she is involved in FFA and is the Outdoors Club president. Her favorite part of school is her art classes because she loves how creative they let her be. Outside of school, she is involved in 4-H, where she serves as her club’s president and district vice president and participates in shooting sports. After graduation, she plans to attend Barton Community College and Fort Hays State University to become an ag teacher. Some fun facts about Jaelyn are that she enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing and hiking. She has one sister and a handful of unique pets including, two leopard geckos, a chameleon, two parrots, a snake, a crested gecko and a handful of fish and shrimp.
Tucker is a senior at South High School. At school, he is involved with NHS. His favorite part of school is getting to see friends he doesn’t always get to see outside of school. He is also involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters. After graduation, he plans to pursue welding. Some fun facts about Tucker are that he enjoys going golfi ng, camping, fi shing and spending time with friends and family.
Isabelle is a senior at South High School. At school, she is involved with NHS, the Writing Center, plays volleyball, basketball and in orchestra. Her favorite part of school is building relationships with teammates and coaches through athletic opportunities. Outside of school, she is involved with Relay for Life, KMEA, and is a youth volleyball and basketball offi cial. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Kansas to study criminal justice. She will then attend law school to become a criminal defense attorney. Some fun facts about Isabelle are that she can crochet and she enjoys working on diamond art projects.
Jennifer is a senior at South High School. At school, she is involved with HOSA, ASU, soccer and wrestling. Jennifer’s favorite class is pre-calculus because of Mr. Ballenger’s fun teaching style and sense of humor. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Kansas, where she will study human biology, followed by the OU College of Dentistry. A fun fact about Jennifer is that she went from being a wrestling manager to a state placer.
Summer is a senior at South High School. At school, she plays the violin and has been in the orchestra for all four years. She is also involved with culinary internship, scholars bowl and on the swim team. Outside of school, she attends youth group. Summer’s favorite part of school is the variety of classes, her favorites have been the culinary courses and math. Right now, she is keeping her options open for her plans after graduation but plans to study engineering. Some fun facts about Summer are that she enjoys crocheting and is currently learning how to knit. She has a cat named Jelly and she enjoys drawing portraits in her free time.
Eden is a senior at South High School. At school, she is a member of the Asian Student Union (ASU) and involved with HOSA, NHS, Relay for Life and plays soccer. Eden’s favorite class is AP chemistry as she fi nds the material very interesting and appreciates Mrs. O’s care in teaching and ensuring that her students understand the subject. Outside of school, she works as a CNA and enjoys spending her time with friends, family and her boyfriend. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Kansas where she will study biology and later become a pediatrician. Some fun facts about Eden are that she loves to go shopping, try new beverages and she has one cat named Twix.
Cale is a senior at South High School. At school, Cale is involved with STUCO, NHS, HOSA, and the teaching and medical internships. Outside of school, he does Big Brothers Big Sisters, works at the hospital and enjoys volunteering for various activities in his freetime. His favorite part of school is the teachers at South. He appreciates their care, support and dedication to loving what they do and learning. After graduation, he plans to attend Wichita State University and pursue dental hygiene. Following that, he will pursue dentistry. Some fun facts about Cale are that he has one brother, he enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar and hanging out with his friends.
Lawrence is a senior at South High School. At school, he is involved with the yearbook, NHS and is a member of the football and wrestling teams. Lawrence loves all of his business classes as well as any opportunities available to study and experience different types of businesses. Outside of school, he spends his free time as a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters. After high school, he plans to attend Wichita State University, receive a master’s in accounting and become a CPA. A fun fact about Lawrence is that he collects records and CDs of different artists and displays them in his room.
Amari is a senior at South High School. She is involved in track, BSU, NHS, the Tutoring Center and serves as a boys basketball manager. Her favorite part of school are her teachers and classes, she enjoys every day and appreciates her teachers for making learning fun for her. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Kansas to study sports management. Some fun facts about her are that she loves playing games, going on walks, shopping, spending time with friends and family and she has placed at the state track meet.

At school, her favorite subject is social studies because she enjoys learning about historical events. Elle is a senior at South High School. She is involved in NHS, golf, soccer, basketball, Relay for Life and HOSA. Her favorite part of school is learning alongside her friends. She especially enjoys AP Chemistry because it’s a small class that makes learning easier, and Mrs. Ozores is very kind. Outside of school, she is active in her church youth group. After graduation, Elle plans to attend K-State to study pre-medicine and later go to medical school to become an OB-GYN. Some fun facts about her are that she spends her weekends in Manhattan watching K-State football, she loves playing basketball, reading crime novels and spending time with her friends.
Alina is a senior at South High School. In school, she is involved in orchestra, New Dawn Choir, cross country and track. Her favorite class is physics because Mrs. Cairns is fun and keeps the class interesting while helping students understand each unit. Outside of school, Alina participates in the Kansas Wesleyan University Orchestra and the Winter Soldiers running group. After graduation, she plans to attend college to study exercise science with a minor in music performance. Some fun facts about her are that she plays five instruments and has four dogs, sheep, chickens and horses.
Jose is a senior at South High School. At school, he serves as president of the debate and forensics teams, is a member of the National Honor Society and works as a math tutor. His favorite part of school is having access to resources that fuel his curiosity through classes that match his interests and help him expand his worldview. His favorite classes are debate and forensics because they allow him to have productive and respectful conversations with others. Outside of school, Jose volunteers and also has a job. After graduation, he plans to attend college and major in business. Some fun facts about him are that he loves listening to music, playing sports with friends and he has a pet chihuahua named Oreo.
Analeigh is a senior at South High School. She is involved in Scholars Bowl and serves as the Book Club president. Her favorite classes are psychology and sociology because they explore how different aspects of life shape the way people think and behave. Outside of school, she is active in her church youth group. Some fun facts about her are that she has an internship, enjoys reading and creative writing, has three siblings and one cat named Violet.
Jalee is a senior at South High School. She is involved in Stuco and is a member of the drumline. Her favorite part of school is band because it brings everyone together and creates a welcoming community. Outside of school, she participates in her church youth group. After high school, she plans to go to college and pursue either the veterinary or dental route. After high school, he plans to get his bachelors in exercise science and then get a doctorate in physical therapy. Her favorite part of school is spending time with her friends and the connections she has made through theater. Jalen’s favorite part about school is the football staff because they help him improve on and off of the field. Her favorite part of school is all the activities and opportunities offered, and her favorite teacher is Mr. Carlson.
