Tireless work in the Counseling Department is recognized by the Board of Education
Mr. Jim Allen, school counselor and department chair, was recognized by the SPS Board of Education with a You Make a Difference Award. Mr. Allen's recommendation noted his tireless efforts to help students be successful both in high school, and in their postsecondary lives, highlighting specifically the work spearheaded in the counseling department to offer as many resources as possible to students during their regular school day.
