Culinary plates Feast on the Fe dessert
Students in Mrs. Edson's culinary internship class created, plated and served at the 10th annual Fest on the Fe. Feast on the Fe is a five-course farm-to-table dinner with proceeds funding annual grants supporting local chefs and farmers bringing local food into Saline County. USD305 students were responsible for the dessert course of the dinner.
